Arne Fosen has been at NSB (Norwegian Railways) for 16 years and has led the strategy and business development of personal trains and in the overall company. He was Deputy CEO of NSB in 2012-2014 and CEO of CargoNet from 2014-2017.

Ingrid S. Svagård has technical background in engineering and 15 years experience from health care innovation and research projects in SINTEF Digital and since 2016 at Imatis. How technology can improve health care services through user driven innovation processes is her main drive and interest area.

Christian Melaaen has a MSc. in Electric Power Engineering from NTNU in 2015. He has worked in Statnett for two years and has a leading role in the further development of the AutoDIG project. How new technology can improve power system reliability in a cost efficient way is one of Christian main areas of interest. His determination and achievements has resulted in a central role in Statnetts Strategic Initiative for Digitalization. The Strategic Initiative for Digitalization will set the direction for further technological development of the organization.

Julianne Stensen is working closely with the fault analysis department in Statnett as an application manager. She holds a MSc. in Communication Technology from NTNU and with previous experience from system development to project management she has developed a passion for bringing IT and business closer together. We need to understand each other to create innovative and valuable solutions of tomorrow.

Professor Amir Sasson has a PhD from BI. After he completed his doctorate, he was hired by University College Dublin in Ireland, where he worked from 2006 to 2008. Amir returned to BI as Associate Professor at the Department of Strategy in 2008 and became a professor in 2015. In 2016, Sassoon was appointed as BI's Director of externally funded research and innovation.

Olav Nedrelid is a serial entrepreneur, now leading Domos Labs, solving wifi connectivity with Artificial Intelligence. He holds a degree from Insead.

Jon E Worren is the senior director of venture and corporate programs at MaRS. As such Jon is responsible for creating and delivering programming for high growth innovation firms as well as senior corporate executives to help them accelerate their ventures.. His workshops and Master Classes, have been delivered to more than 5,000 entrepreneurs and innovators to date. Jon also oversees the delivery of the $32.4M Ontario ScaleUp Voucher Program. 

Prior to joining MaRS, Jon spent 12 years as management consulting as co-founder of renewable energy advisory firm ClearSky Advisors as well as when working in Europe, US and Canada with Gartner Inc. Jon was part of two software startups in Europe in the financial services sector, one that had its IPO on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2000.

Per Einar is a partner at StartupLab. He joined us in 2014 after leaving WiMP, which he founded in 2009. He has 25 years of Internet-experience from Telenor, Schibsted and Aspiro. At Telenor Research he headed the project that became Opera browser, headed Telenors web-services Origo and Gule Sider before founding Neo Interaktiv. In 2000 he helped start Schibsted Telecom that merged with Aspiro.

Erik has a strong background from the semiconductor industry, architecting the world's lowest power microcontroller EFR32 and the world's fastest growing ISM band radio ICs. This background made him believe that the challenges of IoT could be solved. In 2013 he founded Disruptive Technologies and started the journey to recruit the best people in the industry.

Ove Fredheim has been at Telenor since 1992, most recently as the head of Telenor in Serbia and Montenegro. Fredheim, has a masters degree in Marketing and Management from Norwegian Business School BI. He is also a board member of Abelia, the business association of Norwegian knowledge and technology based enterprises.

Haakon is a PhD candidate within trade secrets at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and is part of the Center for Intellectual Property (CIP).

Robertha manages Elkem's intangible assets, drafts corporate IP procedures, educates employees on the topic of IP, and handles agreements including IP clauses to ensure the company’s interests when collaborating with business partners. Elkem is one of the world’s leading companies for environmentally responsible production of materials developing innovative, sustainable and energy efficient products and production technologies. Before joining Elkem, Robertha worked at the Centre for Intellectual Property Studies and was project manager for the ScanBalt Intellectual Property Knowledge Network.
